Do Follow Blog, Comment Luv, Keyword Luv

Would you like to have regular “follow” links for your site? This site is running top commenter, comment luv and keyword luv, which allows me to reward follow links for quality comments without back links.

In order to receive a follow link you must provide quality comments. Low quality comments are things like “great site,” “keep up the good work,” “can’t wait to learn more.”

Quality links add to the conversation, engage someone to respond to you and provide others with an opportunity to know more about something you have knowledge on. Share an experience, give someone some advice, ask some questions and you will have add quality content to this site and receive your follow link.

Low quality comments will be deleted. So, in order to get a link, stay on topic, and add to the original post. Follow these simple guidelines and you will be rewarded with a follow link.

I think KeywordLuv is a great WordPress plug-in and I’ve been using it on most of my blogs. The problem is that I get so much spam and stupid comments and have to waste a whole lot of time weeding them out.

    Yak!

Wow this blog looks really familiar.. I wonder if we all start linking to each other if it will set any red flags. Anyhow feel free to stop off at my site and leave a comment, it works on the same principle as this one. Also remember that Sept 19 is talk like a pirate day if you fancy getting some practice in before Halloween…..”Blistering Barnacles!” me hearties.

  • I agree with Hanna from Mermaid Costumes. It is a great plugin that helps greatly with you blogs but dealing with the spam comments is time consuming. It’s a trade off and one that I’m prepared to continue with at present because of the results.

  • paul from Costume Ideas for Couples says:

To go as Barack Obama and Michelle you don’t need an expensive store bought costume just a life like Obama face mask you can get on the internet.

Add your favorite coat and tie, put your lady in a Michelle Obama mask, clothe her in a off-the shelf sleeveless shift dress from Target and bingo, our first couple for the night.

Oh bye the way your lady might want to add some bright jewel tones on the ears or around the neck for affect.

Remember as with any President and First Lady they have both fans and critics. So be careful.

Good Evening, I like you are relatively new to almost everything especially using word press and Keyword Luv etc. Can I ask a question what does the Top Commenter function plugin actually do, does it just take care of your blog?

Sorry for the trouble it is late and I am tired from burning the midnight oil I should go back over the notes.

    Thank you

Keyword luv, commentluv, and do follow when used together can be a very powerful tool for getting links to your site. But you have to watch out for the ‘great site’ comment, just so they are getting a link back to their site. Top commenter just shows who is leaving the most comments on the this blog. You have a very clean and organized site. I have just put up my first halloween costume myself today.

  • bethany from wedding makeup san antonio says:

Wow! These plug-ins are already obviously working for you! I am all about using Keyword Luv on several of my blogs. It is a pain to deal with the spam, but it is well worth it for rewarding your readers so that they do not have to deal with those boring spam comments that just take up space. Spam comments are incredibly unoriginal, and they pretty much break all of the guidelines that you stated above!

  • Jeff says:

I am new to using all the Do Follow type plugins. So far I am a bit confused about what exactly to do for the best effect. Guess trial and error is in order unless step by step tutorials are available. I want to learn to plugins, but not looking forward to the Spam!

  • Eugene says:

The idea behind top commenter, keywordluv, commentluv and dofollow is to leave little bread crumbs all over the internet that will get others to come to your site and spread the word about your site. If you leave a website and i click on it and leave a website and someone else hits it and so on. You get the picture, it takes a little while, but the snowball will get huge in time.

  • Just make sure that you trust the manufacturer of the plugin. The typical plugins you’ll need are Adobe Flash Player and Sun Java . Most people have that already, so you should be fine. If you’re not sure about the plugin, find out who makes it.

  • You could try searching for the word “adobe” in the folder names. A plug in directory is like a library off additional add-on programs to the original program, so it has more features. Try the Windows directory, I guess.

  • I am fully confused about the nofollow link. Although the idea of no follow is possibly relevant, why do they balance pagerank on page links, yet develop a rel tag that is designed to keep google from finding those links. It seems like it is defeating the purpose. Maybe it is a way to weed out the the least relevant sites, and only the internet friends will be at the top of the pages?

I feel we are all in the web business together, why not show some love to eachother?

The must have accessories for Popeye the Sailor Man is his cap, yellow belt and pipe. Don’t forget your muscle arms, and spinach can. For Olive Oyl why not spice it up a little go with a short black skirt, a red top with a plunging neckline and white color. Don’t forget to pull up your hair into to curls or a tight ponytail, and must have black pumps. Don’t forget to include Sweet Pea into the Halloween fun. If you remember, Sweet Pea was Popeye’s adoptive child. Sweet Pea could be fun, like the pea in the pod outfit you see here.

  • Ken from Dressing Up Costumes says:

    Hey there,

Let’s see if I’ve learned from you well. KeywordLuv serves us both, hopefully your site will receive valuable content and I in turn get a link back to my site (backlink) therefore helping my site with it’s ranking?

For this all to work, one must install and activate keywordluv and dofollow plugins. The dofollow plugin removes the no follow tag, keywordluv alone will not acheive this so you must have both in order to get the benefit?

Thanks again for your help . . .
